IPRN SHOP uses order-state rules to determine when a virtual-number order can be cancelled and whether a reserved wallet amount is released or finalized.
Completed activations
After a successful OTP or completed activation, the related charge may be final because provider resources have already been consumed.
Provider failures
If a provider route is unavailable, the platform may retry, use an eligible fallback route or release the reservation according to the order state.
